Think of this as a dependency map. Some docs inform others. Start at the top, work down.

  3. Creator tier targets — 4 Tier 1 targets identified in creator research. Approve outreach list?
  4. Klaviyo flows — 8-flow plan ready to build. Sign off to proceed?
  5. Anti-salon positioning — Market validated. Confirm this is our core positioning?
