1. Return & Exchange Policy

Our Promise

If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right. That's the whole thing. You trusted us with your money and your nails — we take that seriously.

What We Accept

Unopened, unused sets — You can return these within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just reach out to let us know you're sending something back.

Wrong item shipped — We'll cover the cost of the return and get you the right set. That's on us.

What We Can't Accept

Opened or used sets — We can't take these back. Here's why: once they've been applied, we can't verify their condition or resell them. It's a hygiene thing, not a judgment. We know that's not the most corporate way to say it, but it's the honest one.

Size Issues

If the kit doesn't fit, you've got options:

  • Exchange for a different size — We'll send you a new set in a better fit. Just let us know what happened.
  • Store credit — If you'd rather not exchange, we can credit your account for future use.
  • Fit guide — We're working on a guide to help you find your size on the PiqWheel. If you're between sizes, go smaller. A snug nail covers better and lifts less.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@piqki.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What happened (wrong item, doesn't fit, etc.)
  • Photo if applicable

We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

2. Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

US only, at launch. We're starting with domestic shipping (contiguous US) for May 2026. International is on the roadmap — we'll let you know when it's ready.

Processing Time

Orders process in 1–2 business days. That's the time between you clicking "buy" and us handing it off to the carrier.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. Check your spam folder if it's been more than 3 business days since you got confirmation.

Address Changes

We can't change the address once an order is placed. Double-check your shipping info before you complete checkout.

Carriers

Shipping to PO Boxes

We can ship to PO boxes. APO/FPO addresses — reach out before ordering to confirm we can get it there.

3. Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you buy from us, we collect:

  • Contact info — name, email, shipping address, phone number (if you provide it)
  • Payment info — processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your card details.
  • Order info — what you bought, when, and how it was shipped
  • Communication — emails, DMs, or messages you send us

How We Use It

  • Fulfillment — getting your order to you
  • Support — answering your questions, solving problems
  • Marketing — sending you emails about new products, sales, or restocks only if you've opted in
  • Analytics — understanding how people use our site so we can improve it

Third Parties

We work with trusted partners to run our business:

  • Request your data — Email us at privacy@piqki.com and we'll send you everything we have on file
  • Request deletion — Same email. We'll delete your data unless we're legally required to keep it

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

4. Terms of Service

Using Our Site

By using piqki.com, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not use the site for anything illegal
  • Not try to hack, scrape, or break anything

If you can't do those things, please don't use our site.

Products and Your Responsibility

Piqki press-on nails are cosmetic products. Here's what you should know:

Before applying: Check your natural nails. Don't apply if you have nail fungus, infection, open wounds, or other nail conditions. If you're not sure, check with a dermatologist or nail tech first.

Our responsibility: We make sure our nails are clean, undamaged, and well-made before they ship. Once they're in your hands, how you use them is up to you.

We're not responsible for: Pre-existing nail conditions, allergic reactions (though rare — if you know you're sensitive to adhesives, test a small area first), or damage from improper removal. If you follow our application steps, removal should be damage-free.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to purchase. This is standard for payment processing and cosmetic products.

Intellectual Property

Piqki, PiqWheel, and the Piqki logo are trademarks owned by Piqki, Inc.

The product designs, packaging, website, and all content are our intellectual property. You can't copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

If you see someone selling counterfeit Piqki products, let us know.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware (where Piqki, Inc. is incorporated).

If something goes wrong and we can't resolve it directly, here's how we handle it:

  • First, try to work it out — email us at support@piqki.com and we'll do our best to make it right
  • If that doesn't work, any dispute will be handled in Delaware, in accordance with Delaware law

Changes to These Terms

We might update these policies from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated version on the site and update the "last updated" date.
